What you can expect
If you have an active or recently expired prescription, you can request a renewal through MedVibe. A licensed clinician will review your intake form and medication history before making any decision. All renewals are clinician-approved—no automated decisions are made.
How this service works
This service can be handled asynchronously or via a booked appointment, depending on your situation and clinician recommendation.
Clinician discretion. All prescriptions, notes, requisitions, and treatment plans are provided only when clinically appropriate and at the clinician's discretion.
Pharmacy. If a prescription is appropriate, your clinician can send it to your preferred pharmacy.
Not for emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Some concerns may require in-person care.
